The Equal Lives research, in partnership with Santander UK, aims to highlight the key barriers preventing men from taking on more caring responsibilities and the enablers which may be needed to support them. We are calling on all men and women in work with caring responsibilities to take the survey to enable us to define whether employees feel supported by their employer and to help us develop best practice for businesses.
